Manaras Friction Clutch Mod. #50 Chain Gear Head Operators

• Installed directly on the output shaft of the operator.
• Provides added protection by causing the clutch to slip when the door systems requires adnormal torque to be operated.
• Includes sprocket for #50 chain
• Operator mounting side must be specified
• A spreader bar cannot be used in conjunction with this modification
• This modification applies to OGH and MGH operators

Manaras Trolley Hoist #41 Brake Release Kit Includes 12' Shaft

• Chain hoist for manual hand operation of standard lift doors equipped with trolley operators.
• The 1" cross-header shaft (12' long) drives the front idler of the drawbar
• For use with operators with #41 chain
• When applicable it incorporates an electric cut-out and brake release cable
• Hand chain for 14' high door is standard
• Hoist assembly width is only 8.5"

Manaras Hand Crank Modification

• For manual operation with a hand crank instead of a chain hoist.
• Hand crank hook and eye outlet is supplied.
• A 5/8" rod or pipe (SHAFT002) is required but not supplied

Manaras Damp Environment Oil and Dust Tight Modification replaces N1 with Monitored N4 Eyes

• For applications where dust water spray oil leaks or any other type of condensation is present.
• Includes TEFC motor seal-tight conduit and connectors NEMA 4/12 O/C/S push-button station NEMA 4/12 control box
• If operator is monitored this modification will upgrade the photoeyes to NEMA4 as well

Manaras Limit Shaft Speed-Up #48/#410 Chain

• Sprockets and chain are replaced in order to accelerate the ops limit shaft to increase the accuracy of the limit system for sectional doors 8ft H or less
