The MRD-1P radar presence sensor is used to indicate the presence of a vehicle or person in the vicinity of a barrier arm.

It does not discriminate between people and vehicles.

It can detect over a range of 1 –30 ft (0.3 – 9.1 m) with the maximum detection distance adjustable via pushbuttons.

The sensor will ignore any objects beyond the detection distance.

The sensor is extremely accurate measuring distance to within 0.04” (1 mm).

The microwave beam is unaffected by rain snow ice fog or sunlight.

It features Form C relay outputs for presence detection as well as solid-state relay outputs for pulse-on-entry/ pulseon-exit signaling.

It has a full-featured menu for further customization accessed using the pushbuttons and a 3-digit display
