Contractor Accounts

Exclusive Contractor Pricing

Contractors must provide valid business credentials during registration. Contractor pricing is available only to verified dealers and professional installers. We reserve the right to verify credentials and suspend accounts that do not meet requirements.

Payment Authorization

Delivery Responsibility

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please inspect all shipments upon receipt and report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.

Returns & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:

Restocking Fee

  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the website

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada. By using our services, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
